Return and Refund Policy at Mundella Antiques

Time Frame: Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us if they wish to return an item.
Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. We provide photographic evidence of items prior to shipment to verify their condition upon return.

Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 14 days.
Partial Refunds: If the item is returned damaged or with signs of wear beyond what was documented prior to purchase, we reserve the right to deduct a suitable amount from the refund due.
Non-Refundable Items: Special orders, customized items, and items sold on clearance may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Availability: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to item availability. We cannot guarantee that the desired item will be in stock.

Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or not as described.
Guidelines: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Mundella Antiques is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is made before the item has been shipped or is marked as ready for collection.
After Shipment: If cancellation is requested after shipment, it will be treated as a return, and the customer will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
